Nature of Products - We deal with research reports and documentation, and our entire online business is structured around delivering digital products over a post-payment link, or over an email, as a backup measure. We do not have any physical product to sell, nor do we sell one on this platform and this forecloses any reason to collect physical delivery addresses from you.
We sell our research reports in PDF format, which are made available immediately after a successful payment, via a post-payment link on our website.
Invoicing – As our business operations primarily revolve selling retail products at a very low price, we have kept the option of generating an invoice for the sale as optional. We request our prospective customers to indicate their preference on invoice on the checkout page. We shall deliver the said invoice over an email, as specified on the checkout page. If the invoice choice is not opted for, we shall only send a ‘Thank You’ email to your recorded email ID, to indicate completion of the transaction.
Delivery Choices - By default, once you have provided the payment details and the payment is processed, the payment processor (in our case, Stripe, available at www.stripe.com) shall revert you to our website for confirmation of the payment transaction. At the same time, we shall initiate a download of the chosen report(s) that are paid for on the same web page. In case you were unable to receive the report at the download, please contact us immediately with any error you received or any system misbehavior that you noticed, to help us understand the issue and make necessary changes to our automated delivery mechanism, if warranted. Once you have provided information on your inability to receive the file download, we shall initiate email delivery of the chosen report(s) on the email address you have provided earlier. While sending this email, we shall also alert you of the file size of the attachment, to ensure that your email-service provider has provisions for completely downloading these files. In case you face a problem regarding email size, please share your preferred email id which is capable of receiving the file size as we have indicated in our communication, using your registered email ID with us, so that we can authenticate the same with you through a quick handshake and provide the reports to the newly suggested email ID.
Refund Policy - Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to process any refunds as the entire product is in digital format. Apologies for not having any policy whereby we can refund to our customers.
Returns Policy - As all our products are digital in nature, we shall be unable to process any returns, similar to the refunds policy mentioned above.
Online Shopping Process - Our two-stage checkout enables us to collect minimal information from our customers, to be able to process and deliver on our commitments with respect to the transaction undertaken. In the first checkout stage, we collect basic information and understand your preference for invoicing and ensure you agree to the terms and conditions document (this document). This stage, on confirmation from the user, leads to a secure page, maintained by Stripe, which is one of the global online payments leaders, to collect the payment related information, process the same, and convey the results to us. This entire journey of your data happens on a highly secure layer to ensure your data remains secure throughout its journey. The confirmation we receive from Stripe about your payment does not reveal any of the payment details, such as card number and any associated passcodes. What we receive from Stripe is only the success or failure of the transaction, which allows us to move automatically towards fulfilment.
